On Rounder Records. a four CD collection, a 60 track sampler from 2003 covering a lot of blues genres and artists.
Groups and artists that are well known and loved, to some I never came across before or since.

Anson Funderburgh & The Rockets, Theryl "Houseman" de'Clouet, Little Buster and The Soul Brothers, great music.
NigeAmp, NigeSD DAC, Airtight ATM-4, Ruark Accolades, Pink Triangle TT, Roksan Artimiz, Clearaudio Discovery, Tom Evans Microgroove Plus, Fran DAC, Dalkey Audio Interconnects.

Lightnin’ Hopkins: Goin’ Away

This is a very fine album. I like the apparently simple but deceptive nature of it. Superb, easy and chilled Blues.

a seminal blues album... on Vanguard Records.. this is an original 1968 copy and still perfect. It took a while to find though!

BB King is a favourite of mine, I saw him live in the National Stadium in 1980. He was promoting this album at the time.

I'm a huge fan of BB King. Once when I was in New York I dropped in to his club for a chat but he wasn't there 😞

While this photo was being taken at the door I noticed a small queue forming behind my wife/photographer

"Can we go in now sir?"
"Yeah but behave.. I'll be watching you"
