For sale is my modified Thorens TD160 Turntable with Rega R200. Absolute minimum price is €220.
The following mods have been made:
- The turntable has been re-plinthed,
- A new black topplate added,
- The plinth has had an IEC connector added,
- The option to run the tonearm cable to a set of female RCA connectors mounted on the back of the plinth has been added.
- The plinth sits on three large Michell Tenderfeet.
- The Rega R200 arm has been added with the aid of a Rega mount plate.
- The tonearm lift has been removed from the topplate as the rega comes with its own.
- The tonearm has been completely rewired with cardas litz internally, with a cardas base connector and cardas clips,
- The external tonearm wire is mogami high purity copper with vampire rca connectors.
Extras that come with the table are:
- Silicon damping fluid, should you need it in a few years time for the tonearm lift mech.
- A spare belt.
- A power cable.
- Project cork mat

e) All ads have to include information about age, price, provenance, etc.
f) THE MODERATING TEAM RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY ADS AT THEIR DISCRETION.
g) Commercial sellers should approach any of the moderation team in advance of posting. First time commercial posts without moderator contact will be removed.
