2.7.1 v3
stuck. no sound.

2.7.1. v2
-higher sound density. still mellow and airy.
-very easy on headphones. think needs a bit more power.
-vocal vibration is good needs stronger vibration more power.
-flow better
-clearer, cleaner
-stage seems excellent. simple and focus. best so far? need more listening
-overall need very slightly more weight/power/emotion! but don't add not too much. after you do this, i think it will be a reference version.

vibration, JC. have some methods impvove vibration (including use hardware technologue, compiler setting), but they always affect to soundstage, change sound texture. it mean they are not good, not correct, or wrong way i used. optimization code is best way. im trying do this.

when i have time, going to experiment turning off "Hardware Prefetcher" and "Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch" in bios, see if SQ will be better.

disabled both "Hardware Prefetcher" and "Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch".
definitely have some positive effects on stage. much better control on brightness. seems better clarity.
also some negative effects. less refined on small things. some added earaches.
tested with MQn, and lekt player.
very interesting. not all bad. not all good.

you are right. hardware techs have quite an effect on stage.

sorry. misjudged the weight. had a bad tweak.

relisten to 2.1.7.2
treble a bit bright. the tune needs fix.
bass ok as always.

Lekt, I startred a thread on an I2S error which afflicts all DACs & which is solvable in software viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2485

I thought you might be interested in trying an implementation of it in your player to check what it sounds like?
