18650 battery question

Thought I'd post this here as one of you guys will surely know.

We got our daughter a clock radio recently, and the colour (pink) was more important than the functionality, so we ended up with a slightly bizarre device that I can barely work myself: https://www.amazon.co.uk/KABB-Calendar- ... B07HF7D5DN

Anyway, it's powered using a USB-cable to whatever, but there's a slot for a battery backup too and it keeps flashing at me to remind me there's nothing in there. I had my AAs ready to go when I realised the slot is actually for a 18650. Now, I know nothing about this, I'm reading they're not really standardised, I'm reading the usual horror stories about blowing up (which would be bad in a 7 year-old's bedroom) so could somebody here just tell me what to buy and where to buy it?!

Ta.

I only need one, but tbh I'm not sure if there's a particular "version" I need or what.
