Low noise 24V 4A regulator

Hi
I've been looking at this Belleson regulator to give me 24V @ 4A here: https://www.belleson.com/store/SPHP-High-Power. It's capable of up to 100V @ 10A and low noise at <5µV/Vout but probably overkill for what I need plus my funds probably won't stretch that far.
I wouldn't mind DIY'ing something to cut costs but there don't appear to be many low/ultra low noise regulators at this voltage. The closest I've found is a LT3086 here:http://cds.linear.com/docs/en/datasheet/3086fb.pdf at up to 40V @ 2.1A that can be paralleled to give 4.2A but these are tiny DFN/TSSOP packages that require the ground slug(?) of the regulators to be soldered onto the PCB (for heat-sinking) and beyond my abilities I think.
Anyone know if of anything else I can buy (ebay?) or would the Belleson reg above be my best bet?
Thanks
