Note that Tir Na HiFi does not take any responsibility for transactions arranged or carried out here. It is up to the seller and buyer to check each other out! Please be sensible folks, and if there is something you think is wrong, let a mod know, OK?

To make it as clear as we can, here are some simple guidelines:

a) like any forum, the success of tirnahifi is entirely dependent on discussion. All members are encouraged to participate in discussion of music, hifi, etc.

Moth passive pre amp.

Post by Ivor »

A rare Math Passive pre amp.
A modest little box belies a very clean open and detailed pre amp. I bought it on a whim for a guy in Newcastle as I fancied more inputs and a headphone out. I found it added air and space while allowing more detail through. A very likeable little design - basically straight wire from front to back! It has four inputs and a tape-out (headphone out) plus, of course, a main out to a power amp.
A prospective buyer in the Greater Dublin area can borrow to see how it fits their system.
I'm looking for €110.
