browsing affecting audio

lately as i am browsing the internet i have noticed that my audio is stuttering when i open a new page or scroll down pages that i am on.i have a asus computer connected to a marantz hd dac1(via usb) connected to a i20 primare amp.i have tried changing the buffer size on the marantz drive to different settings to no avail.any ideas?...cheers.
