WANTED Turntable and phono stage 200 budget ???
Does anyone have anything decent ?
Realise its not a lot of money but just want to test the water with vinyl.
Based in Dublin

A budget of 200 is a bit on the tight side for a TT, Tonearm, Cartridge and phonostage, but it is sort of doable second hand. Depending on what comes along you may require to go up a bit to 250 or so. I'm afraid I don't have anything myself at the moment.

On the plus side phonostages can be picked up new relatively cheaply, have a look at hifihut.ie .... some good pro-ject phono stages over there for not much money.

Thanks Adrian for the reply . I realise 200e is tight , I am a little flexible.
Hopefully somebody may have something they are not using and could be put to good use.

Hifi Hut have all in one package... TT, Tonearm, Cart, inbuilt phono stage with DAC for computer audio as well..

May not be the ultimate in vinyl playback... but it is a start, brand new as well.

Ill see if anything turns up from the forum first -
I have see that and also they have the same one without phono @ 199e and I was thinking to get a seperate phono stage , would be better going forward I think.

I'm still hoping something may turn up through here

Hi there,
I do not have a spare phono stage, but do have a great Rega Planar 2 with RB250 tonearm and new Audio Technica AT95 cartridge that would be well within budget.
