Intel server board S1200V3RPL

Hi guys
I bought S1200V3RPL server board and Xeon cpu to try MQ with Haswell hardware
I am having issues booting that board
Anyone has a advice on this subject?
I have CF card as a hard disk with OS on it
Ram is Apacer
When I plug it in and power the board I get no video from VGA out
I am getting blue light and green blinking for maybe 10 sec and then nothing with amber light
I am using pico psu

I think I remember CF required IDE-mode and most SATA will be default probably be AHCI-mode in BIOS.

is it posting bios?

Would have to do some work on Google but does the Xeon have onchip graphics, I think not but worth checking.
If not and the Server board does not have a graphics chip then you will need a basic graphics card to get going.

I bought another PSU just to try it now I get beeps at least
1 then 5 then 4 then 4 again with amber light

Sounds like you need to try another ATX supply.
You either have a ground fault or bad power supply.
