Squeezbox and QNAP server -- Can I change the discs

Hi,

I am running Squeezbox-Server on a QNAP NAS box with twin 2T disks. Does anyone have any experience of changing to larger [say 3T or 4T] disks? I think the Squeezbox software has been loaded into firmware. I have the two disks running as a RAID array.
