not sold on the speakers (SF look better IMHO) but I love the approach for the TT and amp!
Brass Bands are all very well in their place -
outdoors and several miles away....

I'm not sure I'll feel like a real audiophile until I have a 300B amp at some stage.

the border patrol ones are fairly sweet too....

In fairness, I love solid state done well on the right speakers too. There's something about that unburstable sound of arc-welder level power that's really appealing for some material. A part of me still thinks the PMC BB5/XBD combo with oodles of Bryston power is the best I've ever heard.

We just need to have multiple systems.

Nah, too rich. Mulling over something at the level of a T-amp, just not sure what. And I need speakers too, so I'm a bit away from it.
