Projector Lamps
I just replaced my lamp and thought it would be good to let any PJ owners out there that I found a great deal on original manufacturer replacement. The prices i found were, in France 1050 Euro, several in mid hundreds all the way down to 113 US dollars. i was skeptical but it arrived as promised, original Osram lamp and is working fine. i had to pay 60 dollars fedex and 40 euro duty, but it was still less than 200 euro. i contacted co in US afterwards and asked if they would ship to a friends address in US thus avoiding fed ex and duty and they said no prob. Reason I say that is many US companies wont do that. So I will order one more to a friends house in NJ and have a mega cheap spare. Not sure if it is ok to put the co name here so i will await advice .

Absolutely fine, personal recommendations are great.willsandbills wrote: Not sure if it is ok to put the co name here so i will await advice .
There are bargains to be had but I was always wary of companies in China and Japan as they weren't genuine original bulbs. I think I paid €300 ish through Cloneys about a year ago and that was a good price at the time.
Vinyl -anything else is data storage.
