just one more "kindly" advice.

if you don't fix little things that create jitters, all these tweaks like "realtime", timerresolution=0.5ms have zero to negative effect.

these are improvement tweaks. they don't fix jitters.

One by one is too much hArd work for us
And were lazy

We're still using audiophils script until we get yours ;)
sd card player, modded soekris dac, class a lifepo4 amp or gb class a/b amp, diy open baffle speakers based on project audio mundorf trio 10's

Thanks for putting the X-Sound card on my radar: what was I doing in 2013 to have missed it?!

However, it seems like an awfully long-winded way to skin a cat . . . try one of these with added screening and a good linear:
