Um, I've already checked audio-markt this morning to see if anyone was selling those, DaveF!! No joke.
Thanks everyone for the kind words. Safe to say I can't wait to get home this evening for another listen. Once I get them dialled in to my satisfaction we can start arranging a little gathering.

Hi Si, glad all is working out.
I'll offer a €10 for the Kharmas and I can collect, just so you wont have to worry about them taking up space for any length of time.
Get them out of the way quickly:)

Hi Simon, do you have a particular set of cds that you like to listen to first? If so, what are they?

Re: Does anyone own Sonus Faber Elipsas?
Sorry guys, was up to my conkers all day, no time for anything.
Sean, I felt that Italian speakers deserved Italian music so I kicked off with some Monteverdi madrigals. Apart from that I listened to a few old test classics with Steve, often repeatedly, trying to find a good initial position. The real enjoyment will follow.
Derek, thank you for your kind offer, but another forum member has already flagged an interest. They may be moving north of the Liffey...

I'm on my phone here so can't tell if this is massive. Apologies if so!

They look stunning Simon. Looking forward to your impressions in due course. As for the Kharmas, I have some unfinished business with them. :-)
