Not for vinyl though Sean?

I looked on amazon a few times, but the postage for vinyl always seemed to put it dearer than tower?

Cds are different....

I only buy second hand vinyl now. A few years ago I bought a couple of Jazz LPs from Tower, that was when they had the LPs on the first floor, and I had to return them because they were very badly warped. I told them on both occasions that the use of shrink wrapping and of display stands was not a good idea and was met with a blank stare.
I have only had cause to return cds because I disliked the music, but I won't RATTLE on about that here, it was long time ago now anyway.

I had that experience too Sean, but not in a long time now. Given the rate that they stock new releases of verve/blue note etc labels, and the fact that most LPs are in the range 15-20 euro, its worth dropping in now and again and pick up a few.

I have more than 600 Jazz LPs and about 240 Jazz CDs so I don't buy many Jazz recordings now, I do keep my eyes open for new releases though and buy them now and again, I have particular artists in mind when I do so. My listening and purchasing habits are mainly in the realm of Classical music and Tower don't sell Classical LPs now I'm afraid.

I never really had any problems with warped vinyl from Tower and I've purchased quite a lot of it from there and Freebird next door. Tower might not be perfect but I'm grateful that they are there.

Does vinyl not fall into the "free postage if you spend over €25" regime at Amazon?
