As I sit here I see:

2 dacs with valve output stages
2 valve phonostages
valve preamp

Current power amp is solid state.... but the valves circle in and out.

Valves of course don't need to add distortion!

God I would hate to have to pay to replace all those tubes I would be broke!

some tubes are cheap enough, some are expensive. But generally you get what you pay far
