Where to test audio tubes

I bought tubes from ebay (inexpensive ones). https://www.ebay.ie/usr/classiksound

They were extremely well packaged and I paid fees upfront and it arrived via DPD I think it was.

but Im a complete novice with regard to tube condition etc but he has little notes on side of them about condition.

I would love to buy tubes in Ireland and indeed a tube amp but thats another story.

another valve supplier from Germany - Guitar and Amp parts mainly but good range of valves. Bought a pair of matched JJ Tesla 300B's and Sovtek 6SN7GT's recently and all arrived well packaged within a few days.
Previously would have Chelmer Valve Company in UK but Brexit put end to this.
