You could try the Tube Rollers and Tube Amps Facebook page, I got great help there about Tubes (valves to us).

Hi Guys
Thanks to Brent Jesse problem solved They are 12ax7 USA Tungsol.
The red and green tips denote aftermarket screening for low noise, uniform output, probably used for hospital tests and measuring equipment.
