For almost three years now I have been trying to get a copy of the Levine/CSO recording of Mahler's Third Symphony and now I have it.

It's a good one: I got it on LP (side break in 1st movement) a long time ago! I'd be interested in the other symphonies on the basis of that one: I didn't know he'd recorded so many. In fact... where did you get it???

He recorded most of them, unfortunately he didn't record the Second and the Eighth Symphonies.
Ciaran, I got it on amazon.fr:
http://www.amazon.fr/Mahler-Symphonies- ... pd_sim_m_3
Incidentally, I have also ordered a copy of the Beethoven String Quartets performed by the Budapest String Quartet:

I am not a big classical nut to be honest but I do find myself enjoying listening to it more regularly (naming the artists that im listening too though could be a challenge for me)

Found a fantastic classical cd shop in nottingham.

That's one of the CDs that got me hooked on Mahler's Marvelous Music, enjoy.
