Reading tube test data

Post by hudo »

On this example, where they posted tube test data:
https://www.ebay.ie/itm/ECC82-12AU7-X4- ... SwwKhcsy43

how to interpret those values?

In description it says "In the case of a small preamp tube like a 12AX7 or EF86, anything more than 0.1 milliampere of gas current will likely cause problems in the application circuit."
is that "GAS-mA" value? But whats S1, S2 and % rows then? Looks like those tubes have gas current of 0.2 and 0.4 mA, which means they're not that good, right?

sorry for dumb questions, im total noob in electronics and specially tubes;)
