Hi Randy, thanks for the tip - will check out comments about the quality of Intact Audio's work as the name isn't too familiar to me. Yeah, shipping can be a bi of a deal breaker with such hugely varying rates.

i just picked up their passive pre amp,and i am delighted with it.my set up is.computer to marantz hd dac to tisbury pre to exposure 3010 power amp to atc scm 7's.as i said very happy with it.dont expect massive volume but its very open and transparent.
