I know I know the first one, but it's not coming to me. I even think I know the second one too.

Third is Beth Orton, Trailer Park

I have a sneaking suspicion the other two are from the same era, which might explain why I think I know them.

These had a brimfull of hope when this album came out ...

Their name has something in common with a Bowie album...
