Stunning sleeve. Pity it never came out on vinyl.....
Hi Dermot
Yes. Very little Sylvian on vinyl :(

Sleepwalkers is great I think.
As usual it takes time but ultimately is rewarding

DJ Shadow - Endtroducing
Can't believe it's now 20 years since it came out.
One of my go to albums.

The owner of our local record emporium is a massive fan of DJS. He actually showed me a vinyl box set of the album he got recently. Still sealed. Still awaiting rediscovery......
It still sounds fresh.
I saw something about a box set reissue alright.
But didn't follow up on it.
Might do :)

Hi Gerry,

David Sylvian: Yeah David does take time but as you've already said great music always does....

DJ Shadow box set: I might even invest in a copy myself :) As an aside I'm useless at recognising samples but on Endtroducing I actually did recognise one.....(a lovely little guitar riff) from Tangerine Dream's 'Stratosfear' Lp called 'Invisible Limits' - last track side two.

Pretty cool LP so far, wasn't entirely sure I'd like it but it's really good. Autotuned Kurt and all:-)

You're more than welcome Ivor! The most recent live one I have is from '92. It features the original members including Dickey Betts along with Warren Haines. It's not a bad 'un at all, at all. It's a record store day special featuring 10 tracks from the earlier double cd release. To tell the truth I've never really been gone on the recording. It sounds a bit too cleaned up and perfect. But at least it's got another version of 'In Memory of Elizabeth Reed' with the original writer Betts doing his stuff. Got to be happy with that!
