MS everyday optimizes code of OS kernel, hope system now better and for audio.
just only upgraded my windows, dll version exactly as your, will test SQ. lekt players works, OK that's i don't need rewrite code(about audio dll only audiosrv.dll changed to 10586.218 but i don't touch its code). size of my drive C:\ grows bigger 1.8Gb :)
think will upgade after 3 months later.
Listen to lekt player all day.... My new favorite goes to av72..... Love that bass and musicality

yes, JC. av72 have very good organic bass, can present detailed bass joining in music flow. retested it, if listen in clean OS then musicality over than other versions. in dirty OS a bit earache.
this is correction from av72, sound has become more balanced.
prefer its vocal, directly voice into ear, passion. and instruments also, all things are clarity. try compare bass vs av72.

av72 better.
3.61.3 has better clarity but also is little more intense in comparison.
av72 has free and easy sounding. (though a little forward sounding also)
rax, av72 and r9 are so gooood.
In comparison,
av72 is a slightly slow.
rax is slightly fast. (weakest decay of these 3 versions)
av72 more raw.
rax and r9 are refined sound.
r9 better mid.
rax better treble.
av72 bass has emotion.
installed vs2015 Express Update 2, take new compiler and lib file set. not sure new compiler better or not.
try: v3.61 256 av72 rebuild , v3.63 256 sub88
compare av72 rebuild (code unchanged), i think compiler better, only av72 old version have better depth.
