Very sad news. He passed away at his home in Nashville, Tennessee aged 74.

Heard the report this evening that the great Guy Clark has passed away this morning at the age of 74. What an amazing talent and my favorite of all of those guys.

A sad loss alright... he leaves behind some of the greatest songs ever written...

Another great one gone......

I'm not much of a country fan, but Guy Clark was an exception, a great song writer and performer.
Proud to say I got to meet him, and his wife Susanna, back in the early 90's.
