Expect high prices and poor quality vinyl so. I hope I'm proved wrong.fitzrik wrote:It is Nick from Trout/Georges St Arcade.

We'll wait and see...we have plenty of ace reporters here on the forum :-)Ivor wrote:Expect high prices and poor quality vinyl so. I hope I'm proved wrong.fitzrik wrote:It is Nick from Trout/Georges St Arcade.

Has anyone called into the shop yet? Please, the suspense is killing me :-)
Re: Road Records closing down. This time it's permanent.
I called in today. Shouldn't have bothered.
Some crapped out dansette type TTs scattered around. The kind of really bad stuff that goes to the dump. Quite a few cassettes, and there was vinyl, but mainly 80's stuff. Think joy division, human league, etc etc, in scappy enough covers at approx 15 euro each.
the shop kinda looks, er, cool, but I wouldn't be calling around on a frequent basis.
