xindak speaker cables

Post by falcoron »

hi all just joined today, was wondering if anyone has or is still using xindak speaker cables, very unusual construction and gets rave reviews from some very well respected mags. seems most is made in 2.5mtr pairs and second hand these are very cheap to buy but i need longer was just wondering what the thoughts are of those who have used or heard them
cheers

Welcome to the forum, falcoron. That's a familiar name!

I don't know these cables and in fact I've never even heard of them. Still, hopefully someone will have some insights.

china are experts in copying stuff
im inclined to think some of these guys really know what works
beware of really cheap prices as labour might be cheaper but materials wont be to any great extent
but not without risk of disappointment

Thats the point i was making Nige, there is loads of stuff on aliexpress from kimber, nordost, siltech etc. all copies. wouldnt trust any of them no copy right rules apply in China.

definitely

these look to have either twisted or spiralled wire put through a ferrite ring, its probably not that hard to copy
if the right materials are used maybe they'd be ok

if your on taobao or even ebay you will find certain china/hk sellers that seem to be more enthusiast than con-artist
