What are you listening two?
Re: What are you listening two?
Wonderful Fergus! I had heard much of that... but oh so long ago! I have the Ludwig (superb), Lipovsek (ditto) and Ferrier (good). Add to that a wonderful performance on Naxos by Ewa Wolak and Antoni Wit and his wonderful Warsaw Philharmonic and Chorus.

I am quite fond of what Wit does so I may well add that to the collection Don.

Re: What are you listening two?
You know... I don't think I have ever heard Bertini's 2nd. Much of the other series is quite good. Assume it was a good one Seán? Florence Quivar is a wonderful Mezzo.

Re: What are you listening two?
Recent listening: Mozart’s “Haydn” string quartets from this set….
These are very well played and recorded and the interpretations bring out the depth in these works. Well worth hearing.
