Is it possible to have two email addresses 'operated' by MS Outlook? And if so how do I go about setting up the second email address?
Any help or pointer would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Computer guys, is this possible???

Re: Computer guys, is this possible???
Hi Rocker,
I am using MS Outlook 2003 and I would set-up the account as follows: -
Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or change existing e-mail accounts > Next > Add > the next step will depend on your email service provider but it is usually pop3 for gmail etc.
When the second account is configured you will see a second mailbox under All Mail Folders on the right hand side of Outlook.
Good luck, if you have any questions please drop me a note.
Cheers

Just from the tone of the question you may need to be told that before you go near Outlook at all you need to have the email account setup on a mail server somewhere. As mentioned this could be gmail or eircom or your own company server etc. Then you use the server and user details to setup that account within outlook.
