has learn more wasapi core, access to audiokse.dll (audioses.dll only first layer, like as shell) , rewriten its functions. here's code very complex, still not found how to replace wasapi buffer with user buffer to directly transfer data.

kse seems very impressive. need much more testing. not heard sound like this on PC. maybe new favorite!?

gvar gives more typical lekt sound. gvar seems dry.
but after listening to kse.... in compare, gvar tempo not so steady? all other things better-> more details

unfortunatelly, v3.42 256 kse very good, i feel its vocal voice touching my heart, true emotion.
has review code, not found bugs. seems your ws2012-r2 audiokse.dll don't let access its resource? not sure. will learn more about this.

try v3.42.2 256 test , it's draft version after code rewriten from audiokse.dll, non-optimized code. i think during optimization maybe i made some instructions removing and code has become incorrect in your case.
could you try it and inform me, pls.

not found bugs. more tested, works on win8.1.
there's compatibility issue, ws2012-r2 audio core or your PCI sound card? need resolve this problem. will try.

got new laptop. finally can have some fun with AVX 2.0. am trying win10 again, shall see what happens

ok... lekt player works upto version 3.22 for win10.

almost all things better for old versions on win10. especially hardness much reduced, tight bass kept.

but... latest lekt versions has the bass, that, win10 simply cannot recreate... win10 can improve whatever is there, but when it is not there, it is just not there....

i miss kse already... shall stick to win10 for a while more hehehe

(win7, 8, 10 all feel the same to me as long as i ignore the metro/app)

still not installed win10, im very busy in last month, and my job in office still need win8.1 for some applications, need careful test win10 for compatibility. will do this as soon as possible for enjoing win10 audio. optimized code for win8.1, rewriten many functions of wasapi core, even no need AudioRenderClient object, i don't use, bypass it. work for me, sound much improved. but i think don't work for you, used relative functions addresses in audiokse.dll, different build version maybe changed these addresses, and maybe not. OK, will try and test with you for win10 later.

thx. no sound here. cmd opens and disappears. no exception.

lekt, win10 sounds awesome
so far i can only find 3 audio tweaks in the OS
(and 2 tweaks in laptop bios)

shall test win 2016.
