My pleasure, Sean, I hope you enjoy it. It's really nice as well to see the evident affection that the musicians had for Brüggen. It reminds of the relationship Abbado had with his musicians. You don't see any hint of ego here - just a profound respect for one another and a sheer joy in playing this great music.

I couldn't agree more and to watch Brüggen slowly, carefully make his way to the podium and when he raises his arms to then hear the orchestra explode into sound is a pure delight.
Sadly he too is another great loss to music, we have had too many in 2014, let's hope for better in 2015.
