lekt.exe v3.7 256 heap
lekt.exe v3.7 256 heap2
back to copy buffer by byte once but on new method for loop. and run function on heap memory (like as some old versions v2.75.1 s4, v2.90.7,...). now with masm sound have more vibration and powerful range.
will try more with sse, avx. i see not much benefit with xmm, ymm, only code shorter. may be my skill with intel hi-tech still not good, think need use complete sse/avx instructions ie. prefeth,... with xmm/ymm.
feel v3.7 256 heap focus better. try them.

Re: lekt player
Thank you lekt.
lekt.exe v3.7 256 heap has improved vibes (and better kick) over 3.3 - new favorite.
Unable to differentiate much on other versions (3.4-3.6) over 3.3.
I'll go listen to heap2 tomorrow

yes, goon-heaven, nice vibration. have seen a bit dirty caused by misuse of registers. lesser time holding of registers can make sound more free. will try stack memory for some currently register varialbes, also need use dependency breaking in code, there's interesting technical.

Yes, interesting technical alright!
...Fighting off Windows vapourware register grabbers.
What tools do you use to spot dependencies?

Yes, I much like SQ improvements with v3.9.1 256. New favorite. Will listen to others when I return next week.
Re: lekt player
tried many different things of intel, prefetch cache L1, L2, L3, non-temporal store, sse, avx,... but SQ didn't improved. hmm...
uploaded:
v3.9.2 256 sxb
v3.9.2 256 sse
sxb copy by byte-once, sse by 16 bytes-once (uses xmm registers). try them and compare, maybe sse better for your RAM. in my case sxb better, sound more natural.

Thank you for trying these intel gimmicks...
...both sxb & sse play but unfortunately neither sound as good as 3.9.1
