It did not so I went back down to Cloneys today to pay for it. Once again both Noel and Ivan were most helpful and forthcoming with both information and advice as always.

Thank you to everyone for your recommendations.

Major gratitude to Gerry for the original heads up! Thank you Gerry and you were honourably mentioned by both of the Cloney men!
Congratulations Fergus! Long may it dazzle you :)

Delighted Fergus. Really I would have taken it if you hadn't. Happy listening.

Well done Fergus. Did you try it with and without power supply? Always a lot of noise across the water that the power supply does nothing but with my cdp and amp it made a significant difference.

Cheers Gerry and again many thanks for the heads up. It is unfortunate that I stole it from you but in this case I honestly have no conscience!!

Cheers Tony. Yes, I did try it both with and without the power supply and I found that the Power supple brought a certain refinement to it.

Not really an early Christmas present; I had been mulling a new phonostage over for some time. I had mentioned phonostages to you some time ago if you recall.
You are always welcome to my humble abode as you well know.
