is mqn ever going to be a player with a UI and accessible from an app?

haven't been here for a while so whats up with the ks releases does it work like 'ye olde' ones? Like put the all in the same folder and use mqnload?

If I understand this correctly, mm2 is designed specifically for output to WaveIO device (which I have)?

I get no sound.

Is it for Normal or AVX2 CPUs? I have Normal.

avx2/normal apart, you should check your WaveIO device name (as you can find with the ks tools posted here viewtopic.php?p=65255#p65255), cause I understand this version is specifically built on my device.
my device is
#vid_20a0&pid_4143&ks#0330#{6994ad04-93ef-11d0-a3cc-00a0c9223196}\pcm_out_02_00
