An enjoyable programme and this one turned out to be the winner....

I, too, was impressed by the performance of the oboe concerto in the NCH and I am delighted to say that I now have the Zinman/Tonhalle Orchestra/Fuchs performance too.

I was wondering if that work was on your latest box set purchase Seán. That version should serve you very well. I find Zinman to be very good with the music of R Strauss. Enjoy it!
