Working here also. Sounds smooth and full bodied to me on sharp material.
Detail, decay personally for me this seems really good version. This one is worth creating some hires versions.

It might be but unfortunately for me, it has the most clicking noise ever. two or three a second or two continuously.

Sorry

8.09 should stop the clicking, might sound better than 8.07, don't know.

8.07 has better clarity/detail than 8.09 avx2's

both 1644 8.08normal+3.64 and 1644 8.09normal+3.64 show NO clicks anymore on my system.

edit

about sq (as always in my view and on my system)
(1644 8.08normal+3.64 > 1644 8.09normal+3.64) < 1644 7.86normal+3.64
1644 7.86normal+3.64 is really good, my preferred at the moment

Listened to Dave Holland - Not for Nothin' [ECM]

beside that, I switched to TR0.5ms (from 1.0ms) and XMOS minimum latency (from low), what a change for the better!!! The sound is more coherent, timing has improved. Another sound indeed. I tried minimum latency months ago (the OS setting were quite different) and the sound seemed a little bit strained, I preferred low and kept low until now.

8.09 avx2 works with Audiophilleo too, no crackles, clicks, stuttering or distortions.Just sweet music. This version is really, really smooth.Perfect for harsh recordings, but maybe overall a bit too soft?

Cheers
