Ortofon have released a special mono cart as tribute to the Beatles Mono set.

Picked up on your recommendation Cybot and downloaded Samen last night, 'herself' is very into cello music. On first listening we were both intrigued and enthralled, very different and oh my dont those low registers rattle the window panes! Vaguely reminiscent of Gabarek's 'Officium' in mood and atmosphere. Look forward to repeated listening and must check out more of her stuff, Thanks :)

Ah that's brilliant! I only listen to vinyl so the only other album I possess of hers is a double thing called Without Sinking which is a bit more experimental but nevertheless another stunner.
You should also check out the the Touch music label too....
