Hi, looking to buy good quality interconnects. Xlr's to 5 pin din, to use with my opus 21 CD player.
Anyone got anything interesting. Could also swap for any of the following
Nordost red dawn xlr's. 2 pairs. One the new leif version, the other is the older style flat cable.
Also have a pair of van den hul the second, xlr's.
Cheers
Paul.

Re: Wanted: interconnects
Hi - if you get no luck, check out Mark grant Cables in UK. He can build more or less any cable you want with any connectors that you want. And his prices are very reasonable. Currently use his digital interconnect and power cables, and they're great value for money. Compared his €100 power cable against one that cost €600 and kept his. Also, very easy to do business with - he will send you whatever you want on a 30 day trial period , so you can try before you buy.

Re: Wanted: interconnects
I have the same CD player and I needed a cable to connect it to a naim amplifier. I decided on a din to din cable .
I contacted resolution audio and they suggested I contact dnm design and get them to make up a cable for me .. this is what I did. http://www.dnm.co.uk/
I suggest you contact resolution audio and see if this is still their recommended cable .. their email is info@resolutionaudio.com
I bought the cheaper of the dnm cables ..

Re: Wanted: interconnects
Thanks for all the info guys, I will most likely wait for a bit to see if anything pops up. And if nothing, I will try and get someone to change my XLR's to the opus 21 din connection. Anyone know where I could get this done.
