Are you a fan of the Dead? Dark Star? Vinyl? What are you waiting for? Have pre-ordered my own copy....It's coming in July :)

What a day! First THAT mammoth 9 Lp Made in Japan box set arrived courtesy of Fastway Couriers. Then a quick trip up to Tower and I came across the Kraut gem which nicely fills in the gaps in my collection....
A quick listen to MIJ and I'm smiling from ear to ear. Wow!

Yip, I'd agree. Its miles better than any other version available.

Now will yis listen to me in the future ;)

I've just listened to sections of the Made in Japan vinyl box set and it's staggeringly good. OMG good. Pisses over any other rereleased version I've ever owned. Can't wait to read the accompanying book to find out what the hell Martin Pullan did......

9 dead alive arrived at mine too....

First spin is impressive; back to where they began, but more assured...

Vinyl is quite noisy though!
