2.84 is poisoning! listen once. addicted. no player has as much bass as 2.84. quantity (and quality).
for bass, 2.84 wins all players in my R2

v2.84 bass have hifi potential. found out little bug in code, but in loop, dangerious. that's made sound blur, shadow.
optimized its code, only this little bug, kept all its original code.

uploaded lekt.exe v2.86 1024

sound much better, bass is real, good focus. now sound more clean and clarity.
try it and enjoy!

v2.84 have a bit 3D effect, when balance is true sound have become more "simple", natural. easy confuse 3D with air.

2.85.2 is more correct.

i have forgotten in the old days i used to mess around with svchost making 3D effects.

2.86 and 2.84 have rock solid bass/drum. feels very real.

for comparing i uploaded v2.84 1024 brother, like as v2.84 99.9%, only fixed a little, noise not fixed, but have interesting air as v2.84. maybe correct and good.

small difference in tempo.
2.86 resolution > 2.85.2.
2.86 micro-vibration more. so more mellow.

they sound almost the same.

2.86 slightly better. it has more correct power.
2.85.2 not strong enough when needed.

prefer 2.84. although not true 3D, still the best I heard. can fool most people i think.

v2.85.2 balance more correct (a bit only), used other method with 8 threads, big file size. it will be better v2.86 after recompile, as made for v2.86.
think need resolve problem with pops. easy but not easy, SQ will be reduced a bit.

2.55 natural 3D stage. 2.55.2 natural sample stage with higher resolution detail.

lol... back then, my OS was totally 3D, and 2.55 was 'natural' 3D.
today, 2.55 is just flat stage. a little bit 3D effect

wish i didn't delete that OS backup. i could have listened 2.86, 2.85.2 on it...

time flies!

today, 2.85.2/2.86 > 2.55. 10 times better

when OS feels tight, 2.86 is better.
when OS feels loose, 2.85.2 is better.
