Tried the 100000 MQN Control and Play pairing and no sound even though the DAC locks to the correct frequency.
Tried the 32 bit MQN Control and Play pairing and I can play all HiRez files but not 16/44 so not sure what is going on.
Going to take a break from all this testing now for a week and maybe I will be able to make some sense of it all then.

Can you post the results from running WASAPI-test (found in test directory)?
It will show what combinations your driver /DAC is capable of handling when using the WASAPI-interface. Maybe there are some unexpected combination there?
Nige, Just listening to 24/192 album on R1.1 512 and it's very impressive. I wasn't sure if it would work for me and I've been happy with AVX V16 up to now.

Not had time yet. I'm at work now.
Will try this evening when home again.
What's your impression when measured against 100000?
Aleg
some really good and likely better qualities
but on certain tracks it doesn't have that magic or presence that the 100000 version with 448 clockrate has in regards to flow and decay of the notes
seems like the r1.1 is trying too hard, 100000/448 seems effortless just flows
would like to try a r1.1 448
as the magic was there with 2.73 448 as well as 100000
maybe im adding two and two and getting five dunno

I tried R1.1 512 on couple critical tracks that I pointed yesterday to, where 100000 "brakes it effortlessly into nice pieces with fantastic edges and textures". I found R1.1 little too fat and little too heavy on bass, loosing those tiny details. I went back to enjoy 100000, can't have it enough since I made it work, sorry. I need to go back to R1.1 to spend some time listening.
I agree with Nige's comments, pretty much.

sorry forgot about you
thesycon drivers right?
try minimum latency and buffer settings or as close as you can
anywhere near default will be a mess
