I think the squeezelite-win.exe x64 movsb has been compiled with x86 libraries, because at startup I get an errormessage saying portaudio-x86.dll can not be found.

When using squeezelite-win.exe x64 movsq it just runs fine.

Could you check the x64 movsb version please?

First results listening to movsq are promising. It carries a lot of weight.
Are you planning to make a sw version as well? That was my favourite with the WASAPI-version.

Cheers

it's strange why people like that one, it's moving the data into the buffer in chunks of 16 bits, sd = 32 bits, sq = 64 bits.

movsq is the fastest and possibly the lowest noise one, is that why there is more perception of bass, whereas the others are producing a perception of detail which I think is possibly caused by the noise.

Have listened to movsq x64 on WS 2012 R2/LMS 7.8 and it is superb. Probably the best I have heard on Windows bar none.

One thing I noticed was that the Volume was fixed at 100% and the Squeezebox Android app would not adjust Volume. I checked my LMS settings. This worked fine before, so presume it is caused by new version of Squeezelite-win.exe? Anyone else finding that?

I have done 10 miles on my bike today, so I cannot keep on getting up to adjust volume!
