the squeezelite-win.exe is required so will need to be renamed from the 32 or 64 bit version and the dll's need to keep their original file names

have disabled mmcss, audiosrv doesn't need to be running either.

Does the moded portaudio.dllopt4 (renamed) need to be present as well? Besides one or both of the suffixed dll's!
I guess so otherwise my squeezelite-win.exe won't start, but just checking if I'm actually using the x64 library in this case.

Edit:
In my case all three dll need to be present, squeezelite-win.exe won't start when portaudio-86.dll is not present.

Is this correct behaviour?

I can't see how that works, the 64 bit sqlite was built with the 64 bit portaudio. I have renamed my x86.dll to .bak and the 64 bit sqlite restarts ok.

looks like you are still using 32 bit sqlite

Gordon

I must have made an error while copying the squeezelite.
Done it again and is now working without the x86 present

Not much time to listen though, must get to dinner.

Will report back later.

Cheers

Gordon

I think the squeezelite-win.exe x64 movsb has been compiled with x86 libraries, because at startup I get an errormessage saying portaudio-x86.dll can not be found.

When using squeezelite-win.exe x64 movsq it just runs fine.

Could you check the x64 movsb version please?

First results listening to movsq are promising. It carries a lot of weight.
Are you planning to make a sw version as well? That was my favourite with the WASAPI-version.

Cheers
