I have often pondered that set but for some reason never got around to purchasing it.
Fergus, I really like it, recommended.

Yes, together with the Alicia de LaRoccha set, these are my most favourite Mozart Sonata interpreters.

But today again something completely different, but also soooooo beautifully played

Also now on offer cheaply at Qobuz

I have no idea why but my instinct would be to go for the De LaRoccha set first?!?!

It would be difficult for me to chose between those two sets. It's like choosing a favourite child.
I regularly play discs from both of them.

Whereas mine is to go for anything by Clara Haskil, I must seek out the De LaRoccha set. When considering a complete cycle I would choose the gorgeous cycle by Klára Würtz first; Fergus if I am not mistaken you already have her complete Mozart cycle?

Indeed Seán, I actually have three complete cycles....

Klara Wurtz [Piano]
Mitsuko Uchida [Piano]
Alexei Lubimov [Fortepiano]

I find this music so intriguing that I would have no problem in doubling that account!

It has some wonderful music on it particularly a work by a Padraig O'Connor called Introspect which is just amazing.
