my machine is nut today. just did identical tweaks same as yesterday. different sound today! wtf

anyway, uploaded 2.41.1 mod.

-sounds great. best?! mod fixes soundstage a little bit.
-can't hear anything wrong!
-stage size is good. power better. emotion 99.8 to 100%. engaging.
-less transparent. but richer. (personally prefer transparent).
-distance is good.
-maybe needs a bit sharper.
-some of recent versions piano weight is 101%. this version sounds great.

everything is about 99% well done. need more time to see flaws.

think soundstage. in this vibration level or higher soundstage very difficult adjust. intersting, sound width always like reduce, it don'nt like expand, hehe...
feel midle bass clariry. on my laptop 2.41.1's sharpness more than recent versions, JC. i will do more test for this.

my favorites are 2.41.1 and 2.40.1mod.

i mean, as rich as high vibration as 2.41.1 is, this kind of transparent is top of top. maybe i am dreaming the impossible.

2.40.1 has little more musical nuances.

when machine is well-tuned, you can hear best of XA is musical nuances. some old MQn also full of musical nuances. 2.40.1 and some recent versions have very good musical nuances too.

v2.41.1 midle bass very good, vibration on high power, clarity. bass can good play on high speed.
