2.18 works.
2.18.1 stuck no sound. 2.18.2 also stuck no sound.

-5 seconds first impression already better!

piano. much better.
-bass notes sound quite perfect.
-treble notes are improving, but are still a bit bright. the heavier are the treble notes, the less the vibration and the more bright it becomes. i still have ear pain on heavy/loud treble notes on headphones. speakers ok.
-overall: crispier, flows better.

will test more.

uploaded v2.18.3 1024, heavy things reduced, but still bright, i think that.
(on my laptop v2.18.1 is best of all lekt's versions)

ok... 2.18.5 is a different style to 2.18.

not sure one is better than the other.

2.18.5 is definitely more direct. piano treble more correct.

2.18 is more refined.

hmm.. i don't have earache issue with 2.18... i don't think lekt player is the problem.

the earaches should be from else where. like driver, OS, metro, bios.

very much prefer 2.18. i use it most often.

think 2.19 is a step back.
