Old/unused Grado cartridge?

Hi All,

Would anyone have an old or unused Grado cart that I could borrow to see if they hum on a Systemdek Turntable?

JB: Right so, tell me; will your cartridges hum on a systemdek IIX900?

JG: Yes, yes they will

JB: Are we talking surface noise level hum, will or could it be intrusive?

JG: It would be intrusive, don't buy one...

Can I suggest a Denon DL110 or DL160? High output movincg coil (so works as per a MM cart)

I've also heard only good things about the ortofon blue and red series?
