Just had to do justice to one of my favourite images ever. Such memories evoked by that sleeve! The review by one Steve Rapid in the Hot Press. The trip to London to see Led Zep last stand at Knebeworth. Seeing the movie while there. Buying the record in one cool record shop, namely, Golden Disc's of Mary St. where Mark Prendergast, Gerry Kenny, Declan Colgan (Venture Records) and others worked. And that was only 34 years ago ha ha!

Anyway the main reason for listening to this just now is to celebrate the fact that a Spanish label (Wah Wah records) are rereleasing the first five Popol Vuh albums on vinyl with extras etc etc Happy days :)

My one and only Lamb vinyl! It's a double too :) Never bothered to check out Lou's solo stuff even though they came out on vinyl.

Not sure if this goes into Electronica or funk, or rock or what...

Ignoring all the hype (as I always do) this is actually a fantastic album. At first it sounds slight and commercial but it's a lot more than that.

(It's Daft Punk for those who might be unfamiliar)

That'll be one for the basket so, I have it on CD - bought at a gig in Chicago, which was spectacular! but one I'd happily duplicate!

You saw them live! Nice one :) Must dig out the album again just to see if I actually have more of their stuff lurking around! Wondering is the Fila Brazillia mix on the album - Cotton Wool?
