Yes I do, Sean... in fact, it is the only thing I listen to these days. I listen to nearly an hour's worth of Sara Mohr-Pietsch every morning when I wake up, and I also have a nice digital radio in my kitchen... when I am cooking or washing up, it is always on.

I scarcely watch any TV these days, and music is practically always on in my flat, either from the Radio or my CD collection... it's a bit like osmosis; the more I listen, the more I become familiar with. I was only thinking this week that after 4.5 years of collecting, now approx 80% of the musical content of Sara's morning programme is now in my collection... :-)

That sounds like a dream home Jared, well done. I rarely watch TV, Friday night is the exception in my home. I love the radio and the more music the better. Radio 3 is wonderful.

^^ I listened to some of Clemency Burton-Whatsit this morning, but have returned to a rather interesting recording of Bach Harpsichord Concertos BWV.1056 & 1060 (the latter for 2 Harpsichords) played by the Brandenburg Collegium Orch with Anthony & Mary Jane Newman... really evocative of the era; you can imagine them being played in some Aristocrat's drawing room!

Concerning today's BAL, I have yet to discover Les Trotens, although I will be seeing all 4 hours of it at a MET live screening on 5th January, which should be quite an occasion, and if I like it enough, I *might* treat myself to the Gardiner Blu-Ray of same, in the New Year... I'd like to see the visual spectacle.
