However, the pics here are pretty unique - at least I've never seen ones published before. This is a teardown and rebuild of a koetsu cartridge - and gives some idea of the skills involved in a refurb of a cart:

Just furthers the case for a nice digital dac. No fluff and strange fuzzy things there to interfere with listening and you can happily kiss it once it is not plugged in.

They are some set of photos and shows some devotion to the cause. I might get him to take some photos of my cyrus amp but would be afraid of what it might look like under the microscope
